📅 Monthly subscriptions

If you're unhappy with your first month, contact us within 7 days of your initial charge and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

🗓️ Annual subscriptions

If you're unhappy with your annual plan, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, we offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months.

✉️ How to request a refund

Email us at hello@dancingplate.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We process all refunds within 5 business days.

🔄 Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period — unless you request one within the windows above.
